Rules and Regulations
1. No Racism And Sexual Discrimination Allowed
No Racism and sexual discrimination of any kind, this includes but is not limited to racist & sexual discriminational comments, name calling, or other racist & sexual discriminational derogatory materials.
2. No Pornography
No displaying of pornographic or otherwise harmful images using the [img] tags. If you are unsure about an image ask a Mod or Admin. Linking to such things is ok IF and ONLY IF a warning to what the content is, is presented along with the link. Posts with such links and no warnings will be deleted.
3. No Hacks
Discussion about hacks is allowed in terms such as accusation, how to recognize a hacker and so on. Not allowed are subjects such as displaying a source (link) where one can obtain a hack or notes on how to create your own hack. Violating this rule will result in severe punishment if not direct removal from the community for all of eternity. This should be obvious enough.
4. No Spamming
This includes but is not limited to, double posting, creation of worthless topics, replying to topics with little or no subject to your post, creating topics solely to reply to many times to up post count, and any other form of spam as deemed by the Moderator or Admin.(Smiley only replies, "+1", "lol" or any other meaningless one word expressions are considered as spam)
5. No trick links
This includes but is not limited to, links to distasteful or disgusting images, virus', Outwar-like games, trick programs (like the 1000 popups) and other such things posted under the guise of a non harmful link.
6. No harassment
If you have a quarrel and argument with someone fine, if you choose to call each other names ok if it gets out of hand it will be stopped. You are not to go out of your way to harass, or berate people. I.e. going to their topics and replying with scornful comments just to be an a**.
7. No Multi Accounting
More accurate: no double identities. There's absolutely no reason why one person should have multiple forum accounts on our forum. Multi-accounts are usually used to abuse things such as voting on a poll multiple times, making fake bids, avoiding punishment or replying to your own posts and pose a security risk.
8. No reviving of old threads
Clear and simple; any thread from which it's last reply is over a week old is dead and is only there for database purposes. If you wish to rebate the topic I suggest you create a new thread. Being a forumnecromancer and reviving old threads will only confuse people. There might be exceptions to this rule but in general, just don't.
9. Avatar rules
Besides all the limits set by rule 2, there are a couple of Avatar related rules.
* If you have a flash animation as your avatar, then make sure your animation does not contain any sound or music. Audio is only allowed when triggered by a mouseclick within the avatar-area.
* No offensive text or images will be allowed in your Avatar, for the purpose of this forum that means no porn, racism, sexually explicit text, gore (not Al), depictions of torture/death or any other image or text that is deemed harmful by the management.
* No advertising links in your Avatar will be permited.
10. Signature rules:
Besides all the limits set by rule 2, there are a couple of Signature related rules.
* Total images size, including text, must be under 500x200. Also the total filesize of all the images in a signature may not exceed 125Kb (images that exceed a small amount of limit may be fine, if you are worried ask an admin or mod, these are lenient.).
* Violating this rule won't get you banned or any of the sort of course, but we just want to keep the flow of the board going. Having signatures that are five times bigger then the post itself doesn't contribute to that.

11. Postings
Don't post the wrong topic in the wrong forum. This isn't exactly a strict rule but more of an advise. This forum is split up in many different categories. I suggest you familiarise yourself with them so you know where to put what. E.g. If you want to trade, you post that in the Trading section, not in the general forums.
"Violation" will result in a moderator moving your post to the appropriate section, no harm done. But don't make a habit out of it...
12. Do not quote pictures.
Quoting pictures makes the forum have to load more pictures therefore slowing down the forum. If you NEED to quote a picture, take out the [img] codes in the quote box.
Punishment:
After a person has been positively accused and charged for the violation of any of these rules the type and severity of the punishment will be at the moderators discretion. In other words, for most rules there are no set punishments and thus the moderator has to decide what punishment should be applied through the best of his judgement.
Note:
Admins reserve the right to do anything to anyone for any reason they deem fit. Also note that the moderators/admins word is final.
